For a more permanent concrete wrap, it's important to apply concrete primer/sealer/concrete paint (available at Home Depot) prior to installing your concrete vinyl. Complete the wrap by sealing the edges with 2-part epoxy and cutting back any seams to prevent water damage to your wrap.
