Ground Shipping policy
- Free Ground Freight for Orders over $100 (Continental U.S. only)
- $15 charge on orders less than $100
- Exclusions apply for Alaska Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international/expedited/air-freight shipments.
Conditions that may impact shipping and delivery services
Due to the high demand, delivery of both UPS & FedEx, packages may be slightly delayed. Please plan your purchases accordingly.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Fellers shipping cut off time is 4:00PM – local time.
Standard Ground delivery days are Monday – Friday. Fellers and our carrier partners do not guarantee delivery times. Unforeseeable service disruptions such as weather-related, natural disasters, power outages, special events may impact service levels.
Orders over $250 may require a delivery appointment and additional handling at the point of delivery. Residential shipments may require a signature. If signature removal is requested by our customer, the customer assumes ALL responsibility in the case of a delivered package that is either stolen or not received for any reason.
Items that specify "Special Order" may take longer to process as we do not stock them in our warehouse, and they need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. These items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Shipping policy
Orders outside the 48 continental States may require additional handling and delivery time. Taxes, duties, international surcharge, compliance and export fees are not included in freight costs.
In ANY instance an international shipment is returned, or deemed undeliverable, a restocking fee and any taxes/duties/import fees will be deducted from the total refund.
International shipping methods are NOT guaranteed. Transit time is an estimate only. In most cases, shipments may be delayed due to the country's custom clearances which can delay shipments most of the time.
Freight Claims
In the event of a Loss or Damaged package, Fellers will follow the freight claims process with FedEx and UPS. Claims will require photos of physical damage to the product and shipping box. The freight claims process can take up to 45 business to complete. If the order is urgent, we recommend placing a new order, once the claim is granted Fellers will issue credit back to the original order. Additional information may be required.
In the rare case of a stolen shipment, the carrier will require a valid police report from a local police department to process the claim. The stolen goods claims process can take longer than 45 days to be resolved. Fellers is NOT responsible for shipments that are marked “delivered” but are not in possession of by the customer.
