Employee Benefits
Insurance and Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans are offered to all full-time employees and their eligible dependents, including pharmacy coverage.
- Benefits are available on the first day of the month following the first full 30 days of employment. All premiums are deducted pre-tax from weekly paychecks. PPO and high-deductible plans are available.
- Flexible Spending Accounts, including Medical FSA, Dependent Care FSA, and Health Savings Accounts are available.
- Company-sponsored individual life insurance and buy-up options are available for dependents.
- Disability insurance, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity offer cash benefits and support for unexpected bills due to accidents or other illnesses.
- An Employee Assistance Program is offered at no cost to all employees enrolled in company benefits.
Retirement Plans
- Eligible employees can contribute on a pre-tax or Roth basis, and automatic percent per pay period deductions are available.
- Available after 90 days of employment, following the first of the month.
Paid Time Off
- FELLERS observes nine paid company holidays.
- Flexible Paid Time Off options are available to all full-time employees to use for vacation, sick time, and other personal needs.
- FMLA is available to employees who qualify.
Work Environment
- Our warehouses are climate-controlled, dayshift, with no weekends or overnight shifts.
- The majority of our non-warehouse roles are remote, work-from-home positions.
