Product Return & Refund Policy
Vendor Direct Ship:
All sales on Direct Orders from the manufacture are final and cannot be returned,
except for mis-shipped items and material with a quality defect subject to the original
manufacturer’s warranty policy. Direct Orders may also be subject to freight charges as well as a non-refundable “direct order” charge dictated by the product vendor.
Vinyl:
Fellers accepts product returns only within 30 days from the shipment of the order. All
returns must have a return authorization number assigned before the product is
returned. Opened boxes of digital material cannot be returned unless a print sample is
provided that supports a product defect. For color change and non-printable material
returns, the product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with original
product labels, if available. If the original packaging is unavailable or damaged, images
of the labels or any provided product information related to the specific returned material must be included with the return.
For print quality issues, the printer make, model, and ink type must be listed. In cases of adhesion or premature UV degradation claims involving installed print vinyl on vehicles, photos showing the issue are required, along with a removed sample from the vehicle. If any remaining unused material is available, it should also be sent for evaluation.
Similarly, for installed color change vinyl on vehicles, photos showing the complaint are
required, along with a removed sample from the vehicle, and any remaining unused
material should be sent if available.
Please note that NOT all product returns will result in credit or a refund; you will be
notified if a credit or refund is not possible. Occasionally, there may be splices in vinyl
rolls; however, there are no splices in vinyl rolls under 10 yards. All sales are final on cut
vinyl under 10 yards.To request a return, please fill out the online Return & Replacement Form at https://fellers.com/pages/return-form or call (800) 654-8405. If your return qualifies, an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued. No return is authorized without an RMA.
Tools/Accessories/Liquids:
Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a return. Items that have been used or opened will not qualify. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning products and must ship them back within 30 days of receipt. FELLERS will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item shipped or an order processed incorrectly.

For claims related to print quality, printer make, model, and ink type must be provided. For claims involving adhesion or UV degradation, relevant photos and samples must be submitted. In the event a product is deemed defective, FELLERS'; liability is limited to the original purchase price. FELLERS is not responsible for any incidental or consequential costs, including labor. Any claim must be reported within 14 days of receipt. FELLERS will assist in processing claims through the manufacturer, but credit or replacement will only be issued once the claim is finalized. Manufacturers typically issue credits rather than refunds for claims. The claim process may take at least 30 days to be completed.
