1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Fellers, Inc., 6566 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, OK 74145 (“Sponsor” or “Fellers”). By submitting a survey response, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to Fellers customers who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are a business entity or individual with an active Fellers.com customer account in good standing;
• Have placed at least one qualifying order with Fellers between January 15, 2025 and August 7, 2026 (the “18-Month Lookback Period”);
• Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and
• Are not an employee, officer, director, or contractor of Fellers, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, or affiliates, or an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household member of such person.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these requirements at any stage of the Promotion, including after a prize has been awarded.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) on July 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on August 14, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Survey responses submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

1. Visit the survey link distributed by Fellers via email, Fellers.com, or other Fellers-owned channel.
2. Complete all required survey questions in full. Incomplete submissions, or submissions missing responses to any required question, will not be entered into the drawing.
3. Submit the survey prior to the close of the Entry Period.

Limit: One (1) entry per person/customer account, regardless of the number of surveys submitted or the number of Fellers accounts held. Sponsor will use the email address and/or account number associated with the submission to enforce this limit and will disqualify duplicate entries.

5. Prizes

One winner from each region will each receive a credit valued at three thousand dollars ($3,000.00) to be applied toward the purchase of Fellers proprietary-brand products (including CheetahWrap, CheetahPCC, and Black Label product lines) through a Fellers.com account (each, a “Prize”; collectively, the “Prizes”).

• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged.
• Prizes have no cash value and will not be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
• Prize credit may be applied only to Fellers proprietary-brand products and may not be combined with other promotional discounts unless expressly permitted by Sponsor in writing.
• Prize credit must be used on or before December 31, 2026. Any unused portion of the credit will expire at that time and will not be reissued, extended, or paid out.
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One winner from each of the four regions will be selected by random drawing from all eligible completed survey entries received from that region during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 17, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in a region; Sponsor does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of entries.

Upon successful verification, the $3,000 credit will be applied to the winner's Fellers.com account for use in accordance with Rule 5.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

• Potential winners will be notified by email to the address associated with their survey entry within five (5) business days of the drawing.
• Potential winners must respond to the notification within five (5) business days and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to confirm eligibility, including verification that the associated business is an active Fellers customer account in good credit standing.
• Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where required by law) a Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes, within the time period specified by Sponsor.
• If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time period, fails verification, or is found to be ineligible, that potential winner will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.
• Upon successful verification, the $3,000 credit will be applied to the winner's Fellers.com account for use in accordance with Rule 5.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, business name, city/state, and business logo or photograph in connection with the Promotion, for advertising and promotional purposes across Sponsor's website, social media channels, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation or further notice or consent, and without any right of review or approval.

9. Tax Obligations

Each Prize has a value of $3,000. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or applicable equivalent) to winners as required by law.

10. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or extend the Promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent or duplicate entries, or otherwise acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind for any injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be referenced or shared.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants in connection with this Promotion will be used by Sponsor to administer the Promotion and may be used for other purposes in accordance with the Fellers Privacy Policy, available at fellers.com/privacy-policy. 12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Binding Arbitration. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Official Rules, including its interpretation, validity, or breach, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN A PARTY'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one entrant's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class, collective, or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief (and only that claim or request) shall be severed and may proceed in court, with all remaining claims subject to arbitration.

Time Limit on Claims. Any claim or cause of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Winners List

The names and business names of the winners will be posted at fellers.com/survey-winners on or about August 24, 2026 and will remain posted through December 31, 2026.
