"Over the years, I have had more than a few customers tell me that they can make a permanent-adhesive-vinyl more "wrappable" by laminating those vinyls onto a standard wrap vinyl (that has air-egress and/or slideable properties). The resulting vinyl is thicker and more expensive, but just might make you another sale. Please experiment before you try this tip!"

Fluorescent colored vinyls fade much faster than normal vinyl colors. They can fade in less than three months in direct sunlight. Stretched areas tend to fade faster than "non-stretched" areas. Overlaminating with clear vinyls designed to reduce the effects of UV light can double the fade resistance life. Keeping out of direct sunlight in the highest UV parts of the day will help. Horizontal (top) areas tend to fade faster than the vertical (side)areas.
