I bought FELLERS equipment Sept. 17, 2007 after receiving a quote from Sign Warehouse. It even cost me more money buying the package from FELLERS, but the staff made me feel so much more at ease. The staff at FELLERS was more concerned that I bought the right equipment than the other supplier.
I bought the Mutoh 1604 printer, Graphtec Plotter and a Seal base 54 Laminator. I have never owned digital equipment before and was really leaning on the sales rep and tech support for good advice and support.
After getting the equipment installed, which I must say was very timely, I was impressed at the Tech's efforts and knowledge. I was up and running prints and making money in no time.
The only regret I now have is that I wished I had gone ahead and bought the 60" laminator. I have used the Laminator for more than just laminating. I have also used it to do my pre-masking.
I had a customer bring in a file on Friday at 3:30 p.m. and needed two 4x8 board by Wednesday. By 5:00 p.m. on Friday I was able to deliver the two 4x8 prints laminated and mounted and added $2,000 to my daily volume. Had I not had the Digital equipment it would have taken a couple days to cut, weed and apply the vinyl to the boards.
The follow up support I have received to answer questions has always been returned in a very timely manner. And the product knowledge received from my sales rep has helped me broaden my ability to offer more products and gain more business.
Thanks to FELLERS' support, my business is growing. The digital equipment has brought in an additional $6,000.00 per month to my books.
