Overlaminate and Media Warranty
FELLERS guarantees satisfaction when using GAMUTSKIN and LAMEX Wrap laminating film with any recommended and approved vehicle wrap vinyl, see list below. They are warranted to be free of defects in materials and manufacture and when utilized by qualified Installers, will maintain acceptable appearance over their intended warranted life in correspondence with the product data bulletin and warranty information provided by the manufacturer of the wrap vinyl.

- FELLERS warranty covers product quality regarding:
a. Delivery of the correct product.
b. The absence of visual or hidden defects.
c. Correctly trimmed roll dimensions. - This warranty is contingent on the FELLERS material being processed:
a. Using O.E.M. inks and approved third party inks, see wrap vinyl's information for approved third party inks.
b. In accordance to the printer manufacturer's recommended written processing instructions.
c. Being applied to properly cleaned and prepared surfaces. - FELLERS requires the registration of a completed and signed Inspection Report for each vehicle wrap in the unlikely event of a future claim. A completed copy of the inspection report and the appropriate vehicle template must be on file at Fellers prior to application. The inspection report is provided at the end of this document.
- "Outdoor durability" for the purpose of this warranty is defined as no appreciable deterioration in the product when viewed from its intended viewing distance as stated with the specifications of the wrap vinyl chosen.
- Graphics manufactured using GAMUTSKIN or LAMEX Wrap when applied over rivets may result in some tenting and lifting around the rivet and does not constitute a breach in warranty.
- Warranted life is based on use in central USA and on vertical (90°) surfaces. Areas with greater weather extremes such as south Florida, AZ, NV, MN, UT, southwest TX, southern CA, Mexico, South America, Caribbean and other similar areas in the tropic, sub-tropics or areas with high pollution levels cannot be expected to have the same durability. Therefore, durability in these areas will be 50% of, or two years less than, (whichever is greater) the durability published on the appropriate Performance Guides. Assuming non-vertical exposure, warranty is 50% of the durability period published in the appropriate performance guide.
Warranty against Performance Failure
- The exclusive remedy under the FELLERS Warranty shall be the replacement of warranted materials (digital media and laminating film) or, at FELLERS option, a refund of the purchase paid. Ink cost will not be reimbursed. In no event will FELLERS be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage of any kind. Ink contaminations/failures recognized by their respective ink manufacturers will not be covered by this warranty.
- None of the reimbursement solutions described above includes: labor reimbursement or compensation for consequential damage (machine downtime, overhead, travel, lost profits, etc).
Claim notifications must include:
a) Name and/or company name,
b) Lot numbers for films and processing components,
c) Report of processing conditions and in-process test results,
d) Finished decal retain samples,
e) Installation date and location, name of graphic installer,
f ) Any other pertinent information requested by FELLERS.
Unintended Use of Products
FELLERS GAMUTSKIN and LAMEX Wrap films covered by this warranty are intended only for use by professional users and installers, and only for intended uses as described in the corresponding performance guides. Before using for any other application, user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and user assumes all risk and liability.

First half of total compensation period covered 100%. Second half of total compensation period subject to proportional compensation, as follows:

N = number of months remaining in the period of proportional compensation
PP = purchasing price of the material on invoice to customer
F = factor of proportional compensation
Q = quantities of defective material
PRE-INSTALLATION INSPECTION/CHECK LIST
It is recommended that you inspect the vehicle with the customer present prior to installing the graphics to identify any pre-existing damage or problematic areas present on the vehicle. You will need to identify and mark the areas on the template of the vehicle and both the installer and owner of the vehicle will initial. (See template in the downloadable PDF). These are areas that will result in adhesion problems or areas that may result in paint damage during the installation or removal of the graphics. These identified areas will not be covered under the warranty.
Check List
- Inspect vehicle and locate any potential problems.
- Locate, mark and initial on the template areas where there is rust, chipped paint, deep scratches, dents, etc.
- Note any areas where the vehicle has been repainted. Check these repainted areas for adhesion levels by using a piece of laminated vinyl you are using by squeeging down the strip and removing.
- Submit completed inspection report to FELLERS Product Development Department.
